However, their health is at risk due to various factors. Natural disasters, illegal logging, the abandonment of traditional practices, wildfires, and the impact of climate change are all threats that may compromise the biodiversity and functions of forests.
Choose which forest to protect, together with us, both in Italy and abroad. You can support each forest trough protection package: basic, intermediate, advanced, or maximum. Depending on the project, you will help preserve a portion of the forest and stock the carbon dioxide trapped by the vegetation itself.
Fire can quickly destroy the natural environment that has taken many years to develop. To prevent and minimize the damage, we use methods such as surveillance, forest management, and preemptive removal of flammable materials.
The loss of biodiversity is a major concern, especially when it comes to forests. The habitats of forests are often threatened by the spread of invasive alien species, which can disrupt the balance of ecosystems. Our projects focus on preventing the spread of such invasive species, which can be a challenging task.
In some areas of the world, not in Italy, trees are illegally cut for profit, compromising the health and integrity of forests. In these cases, we undertake surveillance activities and develop projects to support local communities that take care of forests responsibly

The effects of these extreme events, besides being risky for the safety and economy of those who live in them, transform the landscape and upset the balance of ecosystems.
