A credit cooperative close to the territory

We are a non-profit Cooperative Credit Bank, which makes mutuality and centrality of people and communities its basic principles.
Our activity ‘is inspired by the cooperative principles of mutuality without the purpose of speculative private speculation‘ and we pursue ‘the aim of favouring members and members of local communities in banking operations and services‘ (Art. 2 Articles of Association). The positive results are allocated to ‘doing business’: by statute at least 70% of annual net profits is allocated to the legal reserve and 3% to mutual funds.

For over 125 years, we have been serving the territory and the community, with 48 branches distributed throughout the provinces of Vicenza, Rovigo, Padua, Treviso and Ferrara. We are a Bank linked to families and businesses, acting as a driving force for the local economy, creating a virtuous circle that begins with collecting and managing the savings of private customers, is fuelled by the reinvestment of these resources in the local economy and closes with the support for the growth and employment in our communities.

We are a local bank characterised by a strong territorial connotation, but at the same time rooted in a network structure that represents one of the most important banking centres in Italy. Since 2018, we have been part of the Cassa Centrale Banca Group and together we interpret the values cooperative values, so that we continue to be a key player in the development of territories that knows how to respond to the needs of communities. contributing to the common good and creating a well-being to be passed on to the next generations, within a sustainable path.

We chose to grow 350 new plants in the Vineyards Forest an agro-forestry project in the Berici Hills, near Vicenza. The project is part of the territory in which the Bank operates and allows us to be even more connected to the area and the people who live there.
