CUOA Business School is the oldest management school in Italy. Born in the Northeast, today it offers itself in the national and international market with activities and paths of higher education that respond to new professional challenges and promote the development of new business models.

The educational offerings include part-time MBAs, part-time Master’s degrees for entrepreneurs, professionals, managers, and full-time for young recent graduates, Executive courses in General Management, Finance, Lean, Marketing and Sales, HR, Innovation and Digital Transformation, Operation and Supply Chain, Transversal Competencies, international programs and study tours abroad in collaboration with foreign partners, and tailor-made projects for businesses

The world of CUOA Business School is completed with the Competence Centers (Lean Center, Banking and Finance, Digital Business & Society Forum and Entrepreneurship) and Communities (Supporting Members, which reached and exceeded 155 realities, CUOA Alumni, over 5,500 worldwide, CUOA Complexity Community and Governance, Risk and Compliance). In addition, since 2019 we have created the CUOA University Network Business School, a system of alliances between leading Italian universities with the aim of creating a university network capable of working synergistically and cohesively for the development of skills. To date, 17 universities have joined as supporters of the school.

We are fortunate to work in a historic Villa with a centuries-old park: a jewel of the area that we take great care of. In recent years, we have strengthened our commitment to the ESG issues that have always been present in our school’s founding charter, embarking on a path of awareness, maturity and reporting on the impact of our activities. We strongly believe in the path of environmental responsibility that we have embarked on by starting with small but fundamental choices such as the use of energy from renewable sources, a plastic-free approach in vending machines, separate waste collection, and aiming for circularity and reuse of resources.
